ANDREA LEE M.A., Registered Psychologist
My career has been fueled by a passion to understand how and why people are who they are. I consider it a privilege to do this work and to be trusted with people’s stories.
I’m a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and I’ve been in private practice since 2012. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I was an elementary school teacher. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different backgrounds in a variety of clinical settings.
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive environment where you can speak openly, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to make sense of patterns that may be interfering with progress. My approach is collaborative and flexible. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to your needs, goals, and pace. I use models such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM).
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, developmental stage challenges, and relationship concerns. I also
help individuals in relationship with those who may demonstrate narcissistic personality traits or dynamics. Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length. I accept e-transfer or credit card payments.
