As a therapist, I devote myself to empowering you on your path, wherever life is meeting you right now. I hold space for individuals and couples to express their voices, navigate everyday struggles and relational needs, process past traumas and conditioning, and articulate their life aspirations.

I am a Registered Psychologist and a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists and the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta.

My academic background includes a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling Psychology.  My areas of work include diverse therapeutic domains such as dating and relationships, trauma and emotional regulation, marriage, life and career transitions, maternal health and motherhood, parenting and midlife transitions.

My therapeutic approach focuses on integrating somatic processing, alongside attachment theory to inform the working relationships I develop with my clients.
